Pre Construction plan starts at $4500 and can cost as much as $15 000+

What's the timeline?

It takes 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the project

Does this cover ADUs?

Yes this plan will cover most ADUs unless an SB9 report is needed to ensure feasibility

Service Area?

We currently only cover Orange County, San Diego and LA County
